Terms and Conditions

DIRECT SHIPMENTS:
Millers relinquishes responsibility for all Direct Shipments. All items are to be checked upon receipt and all damages must be filed with carrier within 48 hours. Notification to Millers of shortage in shipment must be made within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for damage must be filed with carrier within 48 hours. All direct ships MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

ORDERING:
Review items by product number and description
Review name, address, and phone
Review quantity and finishes
Review freight terms
Review ship to address - Many manufactures will not ship direct
Review ETA (estimated time of arrival)

Special shipping - We will accept all UPS Red, Blue and Orange label instructions for shipping; however, this will expedite shipping from the manufacturer to Millers only. This will not eliminate processing of order or manufacturing of product. If the sales ordering processing time needs to be diminished, there is a $25.00 service charge. Millers will not guarantee as to when the manufacturer will ship.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Changes and/or cancellations must be made within five (5) working days from the date of the order. NO CANCELLATIONS ON EXPRESS ORDERS (Red, Blue, and Orange).

Orders cancelled after five (5) working days from receipt of the order will be subject to a charge.

All orders are subject to the manufacturers return policies, which vary from NO Cancellations, NO refunds, or as much as a 50% restocking fee. All return orders are subject to freight charges back to factory.

STATUS CHECKS:
Clients may request a status check one week prior to ETA indicated on sales order. All clients will be called upon receipt of product, by our customer service department xt 25.

PICK-UP:
All customers will be called after all or 75% of product is received and checked-in by our warehouse staff.

All orders not picked up or delivered within 30 days of receipt will be invoiced. Any items not picked up within 60 days of receipt will be the property of Millers and all deposits nonrefundable to client.

You may arrange to have product stored for 10% of invoice value.

CLAIMS:
All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Notify your Salesperson regarding all claims for shortages and discrepancies. Millers will assist with Claims according to manufacturer policies. Many manufacturers will coordinate claims directly with purchaser; in any case, proof of purchase is necessary to make a claim - Keep Your Receipts!

WARRANTIES:
Millers makes no written or oral warranties about products purchased. All warranties are from the manufacturers and should be reviewed prior to purchasing. Copies of the warranties can be provided by your salesperson.

RETURNS:
All Returns are subject to manufactures policies and will be subject to restocking fees and freight charges.

No returns for display items, custom orders, or final sale goods.

Proof of purchase is necessary to begin the return process - Keep all paperwork.
